What is included

Installation and commissioning

We deliver, level, power and calibrate the machine, then run your own material until the cut, code or seal meets spec. Your operators run their first job with our engineer beside them.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

A fixed preventive schedule: wear parts, alignment, firmware and a documented health check. Faults are found on a scheduled service visit, not in the middle of a production run.

Genuine spares and consumables

We hold and ship original blades, nozzles, lenses, inks and seals. The correct part for your machine, never a substitute that marks the product or voids the warranty.

Rikosys Academy

Hands on training for your operators and your maintenance team, on your own equipment, so capability stays in your building. Over time your line runs the routine issues itself and leans on us less, not more.
