A machine is only as good as the support behind it. Rikosys supplies, installs and commissions equipment, then stands behind it with a warranty, genuine parts and a service relationship that does not end at delivery. This page sets out our commitment in general terms. The specific warranty for your machine is confirmed in writing on your quotation and order.
Every machine we supply carries a manufacturer-backed warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, correct use. We confirm the exact warranty period and scope for your specific machine on your quotation and order documents, because it varies by equipment type and configuration. During the warranty period we put right any covered defect through repair or replacement of the affected part.
We commission the machine, train your operators and back it with genuine parts and service. That is what assurance means to us.

We supply genuine spares and consumables for the equipment we sell, and we recommend you use them. Genuine parts are matched to the machine and the application, which is what keeps performance and reliability where they should be. The right ink and solvent for the substrate, the correct wear parts for the cut, and approved spares for the mechanism are part of how a machine holds its output over years of service.
Using non-genuine or unsuitable parts and consumables can affect performance, safety and the warranty. If you are unsure which spare or consumable your machine needs, ask us and we will confirm it.
A machine that is installed and commissioned correctly, by people who know it, starts its life right. We install, commission and hand over the equipment we supply, and we train your operators so the machine is run within its specification from day one. Correct installation and routine maintenance are also what keep a warranty valid, so this is not an extra, it is part of the deal.
Our relationship continues after the warranty period. We hold and supply spares, provide service support, and help you plan maintenance so that a line keeps running. When you need us, name the machine and the issue and we will respond. See Service & Support for how we work.
If you believe a machine has a covered fault, contact us at enquiries@rikosys.com with the machine details and a description of the issue. We will work with you to diagnose the fault and agree the right remedy under the applicable warranty terms.
