Flatbed CuttingThe REX static-belt flatbed knife cutter is a vacuum-table digital cutting system for sheet and rigid materials. A multi-tool carriage carries oscillating, drag, creasing, V-cut and routing tools so a single bed handles cutting, creasing and milling. An optional camera registration system supports contour cutting of printed substrates.
Flatbed CuttingThe REX conveyor-belt flatbed cutter adds an automatic feed table so roll and continuous sheet stock advance through the cutting zone without manual repositioning. It runs the same multi-tool vacuum carriage as the static model and is controlled from a 7-inch touch screen over Ethernet. The conveyor design suits higher-throughput production where long material or repeated nesting jobs are processed in sequence.
