It suits small shops producing standard illuminated letters from DXF files.
Sign FabricationThe HT-1 N is a CNC channel-letter bender that forms flat aluminium, single-edge, side-light and channelume profiles up to 130 mm high. It combines rolling feed, milling-cutter slotting on a double alternate grooved cylinder and a variable 45 to 135 degree slot angle for sharp corners and curves. Bends are held to +/-0.1 mm and jobs import directly from DXF, PLT or AI files.
Sign FabricationThe HT-3 is a heavier-duty CNC channel-letter bender that adds stainless steel and galvanized iron to the usual flat aluminium, using a circulation clamp feed for firmer control of stiffer metal. Planer-knife slotting and double alternate blade bending deliver +/-0.1 mm accuracy on profiles up to 130 mm high. A 2.4 KW drive and 470 kg frame target production shops working harder ferrous strip.
Sign FabricationThe HT-PRO is the multifunctional top of the HT range, combining the slotting and bending heads of the HT-1 and HT-3 in one machine and running two software systems for flexibility. It forms the widest material set, from flat and single-edge aluminium to channelume, galvanized strip and stainless steel up to 160 mm high. Dual milling-cutter and planer-knife slotting reach a minimum R6 mm radius at +/-0.1 mm accuracy.
